Reception is open from 24/7. Please respect quiet hours from 22:30 to 8:30. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and all common areas. Food or alcohol from outside and drugs are prohibited. Prices are VAT-exlusive (+19% VAT added for Residents of Colombia). A 4% cost of transaction is charged for payments by card (credit or debit card). Cancelation are free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in (fully charged after that or no show). Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged. Minors are only accepted in the company of a parent or guardian and not accepted in shared dorms.
