House rules:

• Only registered guests are allowed to enter Casa Tunido. Only registered guests are allowed inside the private bedrooms. If guests want to invite friends or family, guests are obliged to ask permission from the administration.  
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and all common areas. Guests smoking inside Casa Tunido will be charged an extra night. 
• Please respect quiet hours from 22:30 to 8:30.
• Keep noise volume moderate.
• Enjoy our facilities responsibly.
• The use of drugs is illegal and is prohibited.
• The loss or deterioration of any element of the establishment will be charged according to its commercial value.
• Minors are only accepted in the company of a parent or guardian.
• The loss or deterioration of the keys has a cost of 25.000 COP. The deterioration of door locks and doors has a cost of 100.000 COP.
• In case of breaching any of these commandments, your reservation may be canceled without any refund.
• Casa Tunido is not responsible in case of loss/theft of your belongings or accidents that occur inside the property.
• Casa Tunido reserves the right of admission.

Check-in and check-out:

• There is no reception at Casa Tunido. 
• Check-in is 100% pre-arrival and online. 
• Guests will be asked to fill in and sign a form and send a photo of their passport or identity card. This information will be handed to Colombian authorities ‘Migración Colombia’, the ‘Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo’ and the ‘Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales’.
  
  

Payment:

• All prices on this website are indicative and are subject to fluctuations. 
• By legislation, all prices are VAT-exclusive (+19% VAT added for Colombians and residents in Colombia)
• A 4% cost of transaction is charged for payments by card (credit or debit card)
• Cancelation are free of charge up to 7 days before check-in (fully charged after that or no show)

Use of personal data:

• Guests will be asked to fill in and sign a form and send a photo of their passport or identity card. This information will be handed to Colombian authorities ‘Migración Colombia’, the ‘Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo’ and the ‘Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales’.
• Casa Tunido will use the guests’ first name, last name, phone number and email address to further communicate to guests and to send advertisements to guests. 
• Casa Tunido will not shares guests’ date with third parties, apart from Colombian authorities that are imposing this by law.

Security cameras:

• There are security cameras inside Casa Tunido in all common areas. 
• There are security cameras at the entrance of Casa Tunido (street side).

Casa Tunido’s employees:

• At any time, Casa Tunido’s employees are allowed inside the premises, even if a person rents the whole house Casa Tunido for two or more days.
